4. Forming a Contract
Online: A contract begins when we email you to confirm acceptance (not just receipt). You confirm you have legal capacity and are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
5. Our Services
We comply with all relevant UK regulations, including Animal By-Products laws. Cremation and Euthanasia is irreversible. Remove any items you wish to keep before cremation.
Collection or delivery of your pet will be agreed in advance; extra charges may apply. Ashes must be collected within 3 months or we may respectfully dispose of them.
Services are provided during business hours listed on our website. Timelines may change due to unforeseen circumstances; we will keep you informed.
We may accept instructions from authorised representatives but reserve the right to request proof.
6. Behaviour Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to abusive or aggressive behaviour toward staff, clients, or pets. This includes threats, offensive language, harassment, or criminal activity. We may refuse service or terminate contracts if such behaviour occurs.

We may offer flexible payment options through independent providers such as Clearpay, PayPal, or Klarna (this list is not exhaustive). These arrangements are managed entirely by the respective provider, and we have no control over their terms, conditions, or approval processes. Please note that payment plans will not be available for products or services with lead times exceeding 14 days.

Pricing is per our website. Payment is due in advance, Accepted payment methods: debit, credit card. We do not accept BACS, Cash or Phone Payments for website orders.

While we take every reasonable step to provide our services with care and professionalism, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control.
