Home Euthanasia Cancellation & Refund Policy
To change or cancel your appointment you must call us with at least 24 hours notice by TELEPHONE on 01200 401070 or 07538 929237 we cannot accept cancellation or changes by text message or email. Home Euthanasia is an extremely limited service and we try to help as many people as possible so please note that any changes are subject to availability, and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
Circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your home euthanasia appointment, below are the charges for cancelling or changing appointment times – These apply to ALL appointments no matter if they are Pre-Booked or Emergency
- Reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more in advance there are no charges.
- Reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made within 3 hours of your appointment will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made within 1 hour or your appointment will not receive any refund
- Any Out of Hours charges paid for your appointment you will be refunded providing the vet has not already been despatched
- There are no refunds for out of hours charges where the vet has already been despatched to you
Cancellations are subject to any charges that we have incurred such as Card (3%) or Payment plan fees (6%) and are subject to vat, we retain the right to apply discretion.
Cremation and Pet Collection Bookings Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Reschedule your appointment providing the driver has not been despatched to you there are no charges. If the driver has been despatched to you there will be a £50 Charge
- Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment will receive a full refund
- Cancellations upto 2 hours of your appointment you will be charged £50
- Cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment or if the driver has been despatched to you will receive no refund
- Any Out of Hours charges paid for your appointment you will be refunded providing the collection driver has not already been despatched
- There are no refunds for out of hours charges where the collection driver has already been despatched to you
