At Beloved Pets, we aim to deliver your products quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our dispatch and delivery times.

Order Processing & Dispatch
This applies to all orders that do not specifically display a longer lead time
Orders placed Monday – Friday will usually be dispatched within 48hrs
Orders placed at weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched within 48hrs of the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.
Remote Areas & Highlands: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days.
International Shipping: Currently not available
