• We arrange an appointment for you at our quiet room or over the phone which ever suits you
• You can ask us questions and actually see what is available whilst under no obligation to make a decision there and then
• You choose everything that you want to happen – You can change this at anytime if you change your mind no problem
• Beloved Pets will collect your pet from you or your Vet with every package.
• Beloved Pets create a file for just you and your pet with your wishes and all the information that is required
• When the sad time arrives all you do is contact us and we will take care of eveything from there for you

The cost of this service is for setting up the plan with you and is not refundable should you choose not to use it
