Yes. All veterinarians who work with Beloved Pets are fully qualified and licensed with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). Each vet is an experienced professional, legally registered to practise veterinary medicine in the UK, and committed to providing compassionate, respectful care in your home.

We will then carefully take them into our care and transport them to our own Independent, Fully Licensed Pet Crematorium for their Individual Cremation, unless you have chosen to bury your pet at home. We handle every step with love, dignity, care, and respect, and your pet remains in our care at all times, as we do not use third parties.

On average, a Home Euthanasia appointment lasts around 30 minutes. This allows time for everything to be carried out calmly, gently, and without rushing, with space for questions and quiet moments if needed.

If you have chosen for Beloved Pets to care for your pet afterwards with individual cremation, the appointment may take a little longer. This simply allows us to gently and respectfully prepare your pet and ensure they are safe and comfortable for their journey.

Yes, we provide a compassionate Home Euthanasia Service that will take place in your home, allowing your pet to pass peacefully in their own safe space,  a familiar and comfortable environment surrounded by loved ones.

Most pet owners choose to remain with their pet throughout the Euthanasia process, especially when it takes place at home, as it can be comforting for both you and your pet.

However, if at any point it feels too overwhelming, you are welcome to step away. You can take comfort in knowing that your pet will remain in the gentle, compassionate care of one of our experienced veterinarians, who are deeply committed to ensuring every pet is treated with love, kindness, dignity, and respect.

If you wish, you may return afterwards to spend some quiet time with your pet and say a final goodbye. Above all, this time is about what feels right for you and your pet, and your wishes will always be respected.

Yes, you able to bring your pet into our care. To ensure we can give you the time, privacy and attention you deserve, all visits are by appointment only, so please contact us beforehand to arrange a suitable time. At the moment we are only able to do this Monday – Friday 9.30am -4.30pm

Yes, we do provide Home Euthanasia for pets with aggressive behaviour.

At the moment we do not offer this service, our Euthanasia Service is primarily for Cats & Dogs

Should our attending Vet suggest an alternative to you rather than Euthanasia this will be your decision whether to continue or take their advice. However you will still be charged for your appointment as the Vet has attended. If we have also attended for Collection and Cremation you will still be charged for the appointment.

There are times where you feel it may not be appropriate such as if your other pet is a very anxious or aggressive and may find the experience overwhelming – The environment should be calm and controlled – Pets should never be forced to interact.

No. There is very minimal paperwork involved. A simple consent form is required before the procedure can take place, which will be explained to you clearly at the time.

Our terms and conditions are agreed to at the time of booking, so there is no additional paperwork for you to complete during the appointment. Everything is designed to be as straightforward and stress‑free as possible.
