Individual Pet Cremation
Beloved Pets only offers true individual pet cremation, meaning your beloved pet is cremated on their own and with complete care. Your pets ashes are never mixed with those of any other pet, giving you absolute peace of mind that the ashes that you are reunited with are solely those of your own pet. We understand how important this reassurance is, which is why dignity, respect and integrity are at the heart of everything we do.
As a family-run business founded by Mark & Heather, we understand first hand the loss of a beloved pet, we truly know just how much they mean to you. They are not a pet they are family. They give you unconditional love, comfort, and companionship, and they deserve to be treated with that same level of respect on their final journey. When your pet comes into our care, they become part of our family and are treated with the same love, care, and respect they have always known.
We realise the hardest part is not knowing where you pet is or not knowing what is happening which is why we keep you updated at every stage on their journey.
We operate our own independent, private, licensed DEFRA/APHA-approved crematorium, your pet never leaves our care. From the moment they are gently collected, to the moment you are reunited, they are looked after with the same love, kindness, and compassion we would give our own pets.

Why do we not offer Cheap Communal Cremation
At Beloved Pets, we have never offered Communal Cremation as it is not what we stand for. Communal Cremation is what it says, it is a mass cremation of multiple pets together, and ashes cannot be returned individually. We realise there is a need for this service and sometimes cost is a prohibitive factor which is why Communal Cremation is a much cheaper option. If you see a large price difference you maybe receiving a Communal Cremation - Never be afraid to ask, it is too late if you don't.
We understand that for many families, the worry that they might not be getting their pets ashes back can feel unsettling at an already emotional time. This is our guarantee of individual cremation.
We believe you should never have to question or doubt if they are your pets ashes you are receiving. You deserve complete certainty, reassurance, and peace of mind, especially when saying goodbye to a much-loved companion.
By offering only individual pet cremation, we ensure that every pet is given the time, love, care, and respect they deserve, and that every family receives the comfort of knowing their pet has been cared for as an individual, every step of the way.
Even the pets that come to us that are No Ashes Returned are cremated Individually.
